1. Definitions

1.1 *"Company"*: Omega TSCM, a UAE corporation.

1.2 *"Client"*: The individual or organisation contracting the Services.

1.3 *"Services"*: TSCM services, including bug sweeping, surveillance detection, security consulting, and related activities.

1.4 *"Equipment"*: Company-provided hardware and software.

2. Service Terms

2.1 *Scope of Work*: Services will be performed as described in the agreed-upon proposal/contract.

2.2 *Payment Terms*: Payment is due upon completion of Services (unless otherwise agreed).

2.3 *Cancellation*: 24-hour notice required otherwise full payment will be made by client

2.4 *Additional Services*: Extra services require written consent and additional fees.

3. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

3.1 All information shared between parties remains confidential.

3.2 Company will not disclose Client's identity or Services performed.

3.3 Client agrees not to share findings, reports, or recommendations without Company's consent.

4. Liability and Indemnification

4.1 *Limitation of Liability*: Company is not liable for damages of client's property whilst executing a job.

4.2 *Indemnification*: Client indemnifies Company against third-party claims.

4.3 *Disclaimer*: Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 *Ownership*: All reports, findings, and recommendations remain Company's intellectual property until such time where client has acknowledged completion of work, receipt and review of the report of work executed, after which company will erase all trace of work findings.

5.2 *Non-Disclosure*: Client agrees not to share findings without Company's consent.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1 *Governing Law*: UAE laws govern this agreement.

6.2 *Jurisdiction*: Disputes will be resolved through [arbitration/court proceedings).

7. Miscellaneous

7.1 *Entire Agreement*: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding.
